Arbiton and Afirmax cover the floor and what lies beneath it, Modee the wall. DECO STAR represents them in Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Albania, and the goods travel straight from the factory to your site.

A complete flooring system from a single palette
SPC vinyl with the HD Mineral Core and the integrated Aculay acoustic layer. The planks come with technical underlays, skirting boards and aluminium profiles matched to the decor.

Modee LOCK instead of adhesive and grout
Panels 1175 x 2800 mm and tiles 1200 x 600 mm, both 4 mm thick, are joined mechanically. The panel is waterproof and rated in reaction to fire class B-s2, d0.

HD Mineral Core
A high-density mineral core gives the plank dimensional stability and impact resistance, even in rooms with large glazed areas.

Water does not penetrate the floor structure. The mineral core does not absorb moisture and stays dimensionally stable in wet conditions.

Two digits tell you where a floor may go and how much it takes
Under EN ISO 10874 the first number denotes the area: 2 residential, 3 commercial, 4 industrial. The second number denotes the level of load: 1 moderate, 2 general, 3 heavy, 4 very heavy. The class of each collection is stated in its technical data sheet.

Systems, layers and standards in the range

Locking systems
5G and 5G CROSS
5G: a click joint on the long side and a vertical joint on the short side of the plank. 5G CROSS: a joint on all four sides of the plank, so planks lock lengthways and crossways within the same area.

HD Mineral Core
High-density mineral core
Gives the plank dimensional stability through temperature changes. Installation of up to 200 m² in one piece without expansion profiles.
Aculay
Integrated acoustic layer
An underlay bonded to the underside of the plank at the factory. It dampens footstep noise, so no additional damping is needed beneath the plank.
Titanium Nano Layer
Surface protection
Up to 30 % higher scratch resistance compared with a standard wear layer.
Modee LOCK
Mechanical joint for wall panels
Panels 1175 x 2800 mm and tiles 1200 x 600 mm, 4 mm thick. No adhesive and no grout. Reaction to fire class B-s2, d0.
Underfloor heating
Surface temperature up to around 27 °C
SPC planks with a mineral core suit hot-water and electric systems, provided the floor stays within the stated limit.
Water resistance
A core that does not absorb water
The SPC core stays dimensionally stable in wet conditions, and Modee wall panels tolerate moisture just as well. Sealing the substrate remains part of the building preparation.
Underlays
Standard EN 16354
The Arbiton underlay range in PUM, XPS and PEHD technologies is declared to the same yardstick: compressive strength CS, thermal resistance R and vapour barrier SD, so the figures of different products compare directly.
